ORAL ORDER
1. Rule. Learned AGP Mr.Ishan Joshi waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent State and learned advocate Mr.A.D.Oza waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent no.2.
2. The present writ application has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-
“a. Your Lordships may kindly be pleased to admit and allow this petition;
b. Your Lordship may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation date 16.12.2020 and further direct them to change the date of birth in the School Leaving Certificate;
c. Your Lordship may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the reply/ communication of the respondent no.1 dated 23/24.12.2020;
d. Your Lordships may kindly be pleased to grant such other and further relief as may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
