ORDER

1. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Salman Khan on behalf of the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Megha Chitaliya on behalf of the respondents no. 1 to 5.

1.1 It appears that though notice had been issued by this Court vide an order dated 09.06.2022 and whereas the endorsement on the board shows that respondents no.1 to 5, 6.1.1 to 6.1.6, 6.2-6.3 have been served and whereas respondent no. 6.1.7 is shown as unserved- expired and whereas according to learned Advocate Mr. Khan respondent no. 6.1.7 is the wife of respondent no. 6.1 and whereas respondent no. 6.1.1 to 6.1.6 are the legal heirs of respondent no.6.1 and therefore there was no requirement of filing additional application for bringing legal heirs of respondent no. 6.1.7.

1.2 Having regard to the fact that the respondents though served had not appeared, this Court deems it appropriate to take up this petition for hearing.

2. By way of this petition, the petitioners challenge an order passed by the learned 4th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kachchh at Bhuj dated 24.08.2021 in Exh. 118 and Exh. 119 whereby the application preferred by the petitioners for correcting the judgement and dec
