ORDER

1. Rule. Mr. J.K. Shah, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent-State.

2. This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for regular bail in connection with F.I.R. registered as C.R. No.I-11207002220504 of 2022 with Godhra Town ‘B’ Division Police Station, District: Panchmahals, for the offences punishable under Section s 5 , 6(b), 8(2), 8(4) and 10 of the Gujarat Animal Preservation (Amendment) Act, 2017, Section 429 of IPC read with Section 119 of the Gujarat Police Act .

3. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.

4. The learned APP opposes the grant of bail looking to the nature and gravity of offences.

5. Learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties do not press for further reasoned order.

6. I have heard learned advocates appearing for the parties and perused the papers of investigation.
