1 Heard Mr.Daxay Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Roshni Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No.1 and Ms.Krupa Soni, learned advocate appearing for Mr.Mehul Rathod, learned advocate for respondent No.2. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed that the date of birth of his father be changed from 15.05.1939 to 30.05.1938. Mr.Daxay Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner, would rely on documents such as, Pan Card, School Leaving Certificate, Aadhar Card as well as Passport, which indicates that the date of birth of petitioner’s father is 30.05.1938. Reliance is placed on a decision rendered by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Special Civil Application No. 21302 of 2019 dated 02.12.2021. Relevant paragraph of the said decision read as under:
