ORDER
1. RULE returnable forthwith. Mr.Rohan Shah learned AGP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent.
2. With the consent of learned advocates for the respective parties, the petition is taken up for final hearing.
3. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the challenge is to the communication dated 22.03.2022 by which a request of the father of the petitioner to change the name of his minor son from Sharvin to Smay has been rejected.
4. Noteworthy it is that when the petitioner approached this Court earlier challenging a communication on similar lines dated 22.03.2021, this Court by an order dated 31.01.2022, directed the authorities to reconsider the same.
