ADMIT. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of admission on behalf of the respondent No.1 – State and Mr.Bhunesh Rupera, learned advocate waives service of notice of admission on behalf of the respondent No.2 –
complainant.
[1] The present appeal is filed under Section 14(A) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocity) Act, by the appellant – original accused for regular bail in connection with an FIR being C.R.No. 11211035200210 of 2020 registered with Muli Police Station, District: Surendranagar for the offences under Sections 307, 323, 324, 447, 504, 114 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)
(s) and 3(2)(v) of the Atrocity Act.
[2] Learned advocate for the appellant submits that considering the nature of allegations, role attributed to the appellant, the appellant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
[3] Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State has opposed grant of regular bail looking to the nature and gravity of the offence.
