2. The captioned group of applications filed in- voking jurisdiction of this court under the pro- visions of the Contempt of Court's Act, 1971, are in respect of the directions contained in common order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Special Civil Application No. 19305 of 2019 and allied peti-

tions. In those petitions, the petitioners had challenged the action of respondent No.2, which is a company, which terminated services of the petitioners. In the petition it was prayed that the termination be declared as being in breach of section 25(o) of the Industrial Disputes Act and it was also prayed to direct the respondents to grant the benefits of prevalent pay commission to the petitioners.

3. The petitions resulted into passing of aforesaid order dated 24.10.2019. According to learned advocate for the applicants Mr. Vishal, directions were issued in the said paragraph No.4.
