ORDER

1. In this petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , the petitioner has prayed to quash and set aside the decision taken by Wilful Defaulter Committee of IDBI Bank Limited in respect of petitioners as per their minutes of meeting dated 13.12.2018 and subsequent decision taken by Wilful Defaulters’ Review Committee in respect of petitioners as per their minutes of meeting dated 04.02.2019 and further to quash and set aside the public notice dated 25.05.2019 issued by respondent – IDBI Bank Limited in Times of India, Surat edition and further to direct the respondents to publish a public notice withdrawing its earlier public notice dated 25.05.2019.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioners no. 1 to 3 are promoters and directors of petitioner no. 4 company which was incorporated in the year 1995 and is engaged in the business of manufacturing BOPP films. The company had availed financial credit facilities from the consortium of Bank of Baroda and IDBI Bank Limited.
