ORDER

1. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction upon the concerned respondent authority for making payment of outstanding dues of Rs. 21,12,478/- for the work already successfully undertaken and completed by the petitioner in connection with tender ID No.250163.

2. Short facts of the case are that:

2.1. Deesa Nagar Palika had issued the public advertisement for tenders for doing project being land scrapping work located at Deesa, gardening work, as well as, installation of playing equipment, etc., and the said work was to be undertaken on the basis of the tender.

2.2. Thereafter the petitioner submitted the tender and petitioner also deposited sum of Rs.55,000/- towards deposit and such deposit was made by the petitioner on 16.03.2017. 2.3. The concerned authorities had ultimately opened the
