ORAL ORDER

In this letters patent appeal under clause-15 of the Letters Patent, challenge is to the order dated 21.12.2018 passed by learned single Judge in Special Civil Application No.20205 of 2018, whereby the petition of the appellant-original petitioner came to be dismissed.

In the Special Civil Application No. 20205 of 2018, the petitioner prayed for the following main reliefs:

“A. Be pleased to admit and allow this petition.

B. Be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, for quashing and setting aside the order dated 30.11.2018, passed by the respondent no.2 herein and further be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 herein to supply the documents as demanded by the petitioner herein.

C. Pending admission, hearing and final disposal of this petition, be pleased to stay the inquiry being Inquiry Case No. 139 of 2018 till the documents are being provided by the respondent no.2 herein as demanded by he present petitioner herein.”
