ORDER
1. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction upon the concerned respondent authority for making payment of outstanding dues of Rs. 15,57,601/- for the work already successfully undertaken and completed by the petitioner in connection with tender ID No.262801.
2. Short facts of the case are as under:
2.1. The respondent No.5-Deesa Nagarpalika had published an advertisement in the local newspaper as well as through online system for inviting tenders and for getting executed the work/development work of Gardens in Deesa and the Tender Notice No.35/2017-18 came to be published. The petitioner has submitted his Tender through online system and the petitioner had also submitted Earnest Money Deposit for the total sum of Rs.86,400/- of Mehsana Urban Co- operative Bank Ltd., Mehsana being Receipt No.0923733.
