ORDER
1. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction upon the concerned respondent authority for making payment of outstanding dues of Rs. 18,96,082/- for the work already successfully undertaken and completed by the petitioner in connection with tender ID No.225888.
2. Short facts of the case are as under: 2.1. The respondent-Deesa Nagarpalika in the year 2016 published online advertisement for undertaking ‘Landscaping works at Park located behind R& B Guest house at Deesa’ and the work of development of garden was sought to be done by giving work order to the concerned developer / contractor. The petitioner applied and was issued contract in connection with tender ID No. 225888 and accordingly, the petitioner carried out work in phasewise manner and raised the bill and entire work was completed in the month of May 2018.
