The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed for the purpose of challenging the legality and validity of an order dated 01.01.2019 passed below Exh.46 by the learned 13th Additional Senior Civil Judge and A.C.J.M., Surat in Special Civil Suit No.130 of 2014. [2]
