ORDER

1. Heard learned advocate Mr. H.S. Munshaw for the petitioner ­ Junagadh Municipal Corporation and learned advocate Mr. Asit Joshi for the respective respondent workmen on caveat.

2. In this group of petitions arising out of judgment and award dated 18.12.2017 passed by the Labour Court, Junagadh in respective references, learned Judge, Labour Court has partly allowed references by directing Junagadh Municipal Corporation to reinstate the respective respondent workmen to the original post without the benefit of continuity and without back­wages with cost of Rs. 1000/­.

3. In all the petitions, the facts are similar as the petitioner Junagadh Municipal Corporation terminated the service of respective Safai Kamdars on 14.3.2014. Thereafter, each of such workmen whose services were terminated raised dispute which has been referred by respective references before the Labour Court, Junagadh.

4. The petitioner therefore, has challenged such awards by filing captioned Special Civil Applications praying for quashing and setting aside the judgment and award
