ORAL ORDER
1. This is an application by the applicant-party-in-person.
2. Following factual background would be necessary for the purpose of adjudication of this application:
2.1 This Court passed an order of winding-up on 23.07.2003 in case of Mardia Steel Limited. During the course of hearing, the Official Liquidator stated that pursuant to the order dated 23.07.2003, information given to the Court was totally false, as two big plants, namely Aluminum Plant and Plexi Glass Plant, valuing crores of rupees of Mardia Steel Limited, were lying in the open yard space of the adjoining premises of Mardia Chemicals Ltd. at Mardianagar, Dist.
Surendranagar.
2.2 Eventually, this Court passed an order on 03.03.2005 of winding-up of Mardia Chemicals Ltd. and as the plant at Mardianagar and Vatva were In possession of the ICICI Bank Ltd, this Court directed the Official Liquidator to guard the same in the interest of workmen and secured creditors.
2.3 It is averred that, though, this Court had directed to take the charge of all the assets of Mardia SteeI Limited and was further to guard the assets of Mardia Chemicals Ltd. lying at Mardianagar and Vatva Plants. Thus, though Mardia Chemicals Ltd. pl
