1. This Miscellaneous Civil Application is filed under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 , with the prayers which read as under:

“Your Lordships be pleased to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent No.3 for wilful and deliberate breach of order dated 7.9.2016 passed by this Honourable Court in Special Criminal Application No.5284 of 2016 under the Contempt of Courts Act and further be pleased to direct the respondent to comply with the direction contained in the order dated 7.9.2016 passed by this Honourable Court in Special Criminal Application No.5284 of 2016, in the larger interest of justice”
