ORDER
“5. Heard learned counsel for the parties. I have gone through the facts and circumstances of the case. As a result of hearing and perusal of records, I am of the opinion that interest of justice will be served by passing the following directions.”
“(i) The petitioner Bank shall pay the respondent an amount of Rs.14,379/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Nine Only) which includes Rs.2379/- (Rupees Two Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Nine only) towards Medical Allowance and Rs.12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) towards Leave Travel Concession.
(ii) The aforesaid amount shall be towards full and final settlement of the respondent's claim and the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the writ of this Court.”
It is respectfully submitted that in Second Appeal No.139/89 (Coram : Hon'ble Mr. S. K. Keshote) filed by Mavji Lakum is at page 8 of the compilation. The relevant portion is at page 16 at para-12 of the Compilation.
