1.Heard learned Senior Advocate Mr. H.M. Parikh with learned advocate Mr. Rashesh Parikh for the petitioner and learned advocate Mr. Ravindra Shah for the respondent no.4.

2.Similar orders have been challenged in all these petitions and therefore, they have been heard together and would be disposed of by this common judgment.

3.Rule. Learned advocate Mr. Ravindra Shah waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent no.4.

4.The petitioner has challenged similar orders dated 5th May, 2017 passed by Gujarat State Cooperative Tribunal (For short “the Tribunal”) in appeals filed by respondent no.1 in each of the petitions. The details of the appeals in each of the petition are as under :

5.It is the case of the petitioner that Natpur Cooperative Bank Ltd. which is now under liquidation advanced loan to respondent no.2 which was not repaid and therefore, Lavad cases were filed before the Board of Nominees. The Board of Nominees vide judgment and award dated 25th August, 2003 decreed the Lavad suits for recovery of the amount claimed by the petitioner in each of the Lavad suit with interest at the rate of 17% per annum with quarterly re
