1 Today the proposed draft amendment is taken up for hearing where we have heard learned advocate Mr. R.K. Mishra for the petitioner and Ms.

Archana Amin for respondents No.1 to 3.

2 Our attention is drawn to the fact that the proposed draft amendment is as lengthy as the petition itself. It is urged that instead of permitting this draft amendment, which also speaks of fresh cause of action, he be permitted to withdraw the present petition and fresh petition can be permitted.

3 Mr. Mishra, learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court that the challenge is made to the order of dismissal from service. Subsequent events of the challenge before the appellate authority and the revisional authority would need to be incorporated, as the same had happened in the interregnum.

4 Noticing the fact that to complete the chronology of events, subsequent chronological details shall need to be brought on the record, the basic cause, which has brought the petitioner before this Court continues and, therefore, we permit the draft amendment.

5 Let the incorporation be done in the main petition and the fresh memo be placed on record within four weeks with a copy to the other side. Fresh memo of petition shall be filed by 12.03.2021. Affidavit-in-reply to be filed by 26.02.2021. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed on or before

13.03.2021.

6 Matter to appear on board on 15.03.2021.
