3. Heard Mr Salim M. Saiyed, learned advocate for the applicant. 4. This Court, vide order dated 21.01.2025 issued the Rule to the respondents which was made returnable in the month of February 2025. Endorsement on the Board, suggest that the Rule has been served upon the respondents; however, respondents have chosen not to enter appearance.
6. Civil Application succeeds and is accordingly allowed. Rule is made absolute. No order as to costs.
