1. The present applications have been filed by the respondents of Letters Patent Appeal-original writ petitioners seeking review of the judgement and order dated 22.07.2025 passed in the captioned appeals.

2. The writ petitions filed by the applicants seeking deletion of the names of the present opponents from the select list was allowed by the learned Single Judge, which gave rise to Letters Patent Appeals filed by the present-opponents. The same has been allowed by this Court vide judgement dated 22.07.2025 of which the review is sought.

3. At the outset, learned Senior Advocate Mr.Oza has submitted that this Court, instead of passing the impugned judgement, ought to have referred the matters to the Larger Bench since this Court has not followed the judgement of the Division Bench dated 10.11.2023 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.705 of 2023. In support of his submissions, he has placed reliance on the judgement of the Apex Court rendered in the case of Somabhai Mathurbhai Patel Vs. New Shorrock Mills , 1983 G.L.H. 273
