1. Heard learned Senior Advocate Mr.Gautam Joshi appearing with learned advocate Mr.Mehul Sharma on behalf of the applicants – petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Aditya Pathak on behalf of the respondent – State.

2. By way of the present application, the applicants seek a direction that the respondent authorities may be directed to permit the petitioners to participate in the physical test scheduled to be held from 10.09.2025 to 14.09.2025 pursuant to communication dated 18.08.2025 in connection with advertisement dated 26.06.2025 for recruitment to the post of Police Sub-Inspector (Unarmed), Class-III.

3. Considering the submissions made by learned Senior Advocate Mr.Joshi, it would appear to this Court that the grievance raised in the main writ petition being that the petitioners, who are all Unarmed Constables, having put-in around 1
