ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned advocate Ms.F.D.Trivedi appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Aditya Pathak appearing on behalf of the respondent – State.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner challenges an order dated 19.02.2024 and 18.06.2009 more particularly the former order declaring the petitioner ineligible for being granted the benefit under Government Resolution dated 17.10.1988, whereas, the later order being an order of termination on the ground of absentism.
3. From the submissions made by learned advocate for the petitioner and from perusal of the documents on record, it would appear that the present petitioner had inter alia approached this Court by preferring Special Civil Application No.10859/2001 and whereas, the same came to be disposed of vide an order passed by a learned Coordinate Bench dated 17.07.2015 more particularly holding that the benefits of Gover
