properties described in sub-para-(a), (c) and (d)

of para-3 of the plaint. From the side of

respondent Nos.1 and 2, there is a dispute to the

effect that plaintiffs have not produced any

documentary evidence to show that one Khodabhai

Haribhai - cousin brother of plaintiffs and

Dungarbhai Dosabhai Prajapati were the co-owners

of the agricultural land bearing Block No.292.

This property is described in sub-para-(b) of

para-3 of the plaint.

c. Each of plaintiffs and husband of defendant No.1

has got 1/3rd share in the properties of

Dungarbhai Dosabhai Prajapati.
