ORAL ORDER

1) Pursuant to the order dated 03.11.2025, the learned 5^th Additional Sessions Judge, Junagadh, has submitted a report dated 30.10.2025, wherein, stated as under:

“(4) It is submitted that the charge was framed on 11/07/2025, and the matter was fixed for prosecution evidence from dated 11/07/2025. From 11/07/2025till 28/10/2025, a total of 11 chargesheet witnesses out of total 67 witnesses cited in Chargesheet witnesses had been examined.

(5) It is humbly submitted that on dated 28/05/2025, this court had ordered under Exh. 01 that this matter was to be tried expeditiously by the order of the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat, and the District Government Pleader was directed to issue a written instruction from his office to bring witnesses under the supervision of the Police Inspector, B-Division Police Station.

(6) It is submitted that pursuant to the order under Exh. 01 by this court on 28/08/2025, the District Government Pleader, who had filed his appearance on behalf of the prosecution, resigned from this matter, and the Appearance Memo of Assistant Public Prosecutor D.C.
