ORAL ORDER
1. By way of filing the present Criminal Misc. Application under Section 5 of Limitation Act, 1963 , seeking condonation of delay of 1001 days caused in preferring Criminal Revision Application under Section 3 97 read with Section 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the judgment and order dated 18.11.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class Sihori in Criminal Case No.520 of 2013, wherein, the Judicial Magistrate First Class Sihori was pleased to acquit the respondents Nos. 2 to 8, from the charges under Sections 498A , 323, 504, 506(2), 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 7 of the Dowry Prohibition Act alongwith order dated 19.03.2019 passed by the
3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Deesa in Criminal Appeal No.66 of 2017.
