By oversight in the order dated 06.10.2025, it has been stated that the corpus appeared along with her husband and that she had stated that she was residing with her husband and she was not under any kind of illegal confinement.

ORAL ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE N.S.SANJAY GOWDA)

1. Twinkle Arunbhai Parmar - the mother of the corpus has presented this petition seeking for issuance of a writ of habeas corups for seeking presence of her daughter Prakruti. She had alleged that her daughter was in the illegal custody of the respondents.

2. On advance notice being served, the corpus appeared with her husband and she stated that she was residing with her husband and she was not under any kind of illegal confinement.

3. Subsequently, on 26.09.2025, when we interacted with the corpus Prakruti and her mother - Twinkle Arunbhai Parmar and suggested to them to suitably resolve their differences.

4. Today, both the mother and daughter are present and they inform us that they had a long discussion and they would reconcile their differences, but this reconciliation would take some time. They also state that they would make an honest attempt and would make every possible effort to settle their differences. In view of this, we find no reason to continue with this proceedings.

5. Present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
