1. By way of this petition filed under Art.226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed to quash and set aside the order dated 30.04.2021 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Ahmedabad in connection with the complaint being FIR No. 11191011210046 registered with DCB Police Station, Ahmedabad City by which the petitioner and other accused have been remanded to police custody for a period of 8 (eight) days.

2. Learned advocate Mr. V. G. Popat appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is into the business of printing labels and other documents since last several years. It was submitted that the petitioner cannot be treated at par with other co - accused, who may be indulged in the activity of manufacture and / or procurement of the spurious injection.
