1. This appeal is taken up for hearing out of turn because the respondents prayed for early hearing claiming senior citizenship and critical condition of person.

3. Being aggrieved by the decision dated 9.6.2021 District Commission Godhra in Complaint No.81 of 2019, the appellants have preferred this appeal.
