1. Heard learned advocate Ms.Reena M. Kamani for the applicant and learned advocate Mr.H.S.Munshaw for the respondents.

2. This application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 18.04.2024 passed by this Court (Coram: Hon’ble Mr.Justice Biren Vaishnav As His Lordship Was Then and Hon’ble Mr.Justice Pranav Trivedi) in Civil Application (for stay) No.1 of 2024, which reads as under :

“Rule returnable on 29.07.2024. There shall be stay of the impugned order dated 21.12.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge till then”

3. Learned advocate Ms.Reena Kamani for the applicant submitted that thereafter, in other group of Letters Patent Appeal being Letters Patent Appeal No.840 of 2022, certain directions are issued by the Hon’ble Division Bench for similarly situated persons. It was therefore submitted that the aforesaid order of stay is required to be modified.

4. Registry to place this matter before the regular Bench on 25^th November, 2025, as no modification is required to be made by this Constitution as it is not a modification or review of the order which was passed on

18.04.2024 and in view of the subsequent event, which may take place, the regular Bench may pass an appropriate order.
