By way of present petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by the respondent No.2 - Appellate Authority in Appeal No. 104 of 2024, whereby, the learned Authority has partly allowed the appeal filed by the respondent No.1 and modified the order passed by the Controlling Authority by directing the respondent No.1 to pay Rs.1,09,135/- with 10% simple interest.
