Inadvertently, due to typographical error, Special Criminal Application No.10294 of 2024 is mentioned for restoration. The same shall be corrected with a direction to restore the Criminal Misc. Application No.1 of 2025 in Special Criminal Application No.10294 of 2024 to its original file.

3. Rest of the order dated 17.11.2025 shall remain as it is.

The present application is filed by the applicant seeking restoration of Special Criminal Revision Application No. 10294 of 2024 which was dismissed for non-prosecution, vide order dated 15.10.2025 for non-

removal of Office Objection.

Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that office objection have now been removed. He therefore, prays to allow the application.

Learned APP has opposed the application. Having regard to the cause shown in the application, the application is allowed. The proceeding of Special Criminal Revision Application No. 10294 of 2025 is ordered to be restored to its original file. However, after the removal of Office Objection within a period of 2 weeks from today.

Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
