ORAL ORDER

Order in First Appeal:

1. Heard Ms Dhwani Y. Chandarana, learned advocate appearing for the appellant. It is submitted that the marriage took place in the year 2005 and the appellant was driven out from her matrimonial house in the year 2009. In the interregnum, even at one point of time in the year 2008, the respondent has assured that he shall keep the appellant nicely without subjecting to any cruelty. It is submitted that by now, the son has attained majority and the daughter is minor. It is urged that there is likelihood of settling the issues between the parties.

2. Ms Dhwani Y. Chandarana, learned advocate states that as there is a likelihood of the settlement, the judgment be stayed as the appellant apprehends that the respondent might enter into second marriage which aspect is strengthened by his post on the social media.

Heard Ms Dhwani Y. Chandarana, learned advocate appearing for the applicant.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 20.01.2026.

Ad-interim relief is granted in terms of paragraph 8.A till the next date of hearing.
