This is a wholly misconceived appeal filed on behalf of the State appellants challenging the judgment and order dated

22.11.2024 passed by the learned single Judge.

2. At the outset, we may note that the delay of 319 days has not been explained to the satisfaction of the Court, inasmuch as, casual asser
