ORAL JUDGMENT
(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A.S. SUPEHIA)
1. Rule returnable forthwith. Mr. Parth Mehta, learned advocate appearing for Mr. Ankit Shah, learned Senior Standing Counsel waives service of notice of rule for the respondent Nos. 1 and 3.
2. At the outset, Mr. Uchit Sheth learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the issue is squarely covered by the decision of the Bombay High Court dated 11.11.2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 11583 of 2023 and has submitted that similar Press release dated 15.7.2020, which is subject matter of challenge before this Court has been quashed and set- aside. So far as the quashing of the show-cause notice is concerned, it is submitted that the Bombay High Court has not interfered with the same. However, similar directions may be passed. Learned advocate Mr. Parth Mehta appearing for learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondents has no objection as the issue is squarely covered by the decision of the Bombay High Court.
