2. By way of present Criminal Revision Application, the applicant has assailed the concurrent findings of the learned Courts

i.e.

below judgment and order dated 29.11.2022 passed by the Ld. Special Metropolitan Magistrate, NI Act Court, Ahmedabad in Crimnial Case No. 60427/2017 as well as order dated 04.12.2025 passed by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, City Civil and Sessions Court, Ahmedabad in Criminal Appeal No. 467/2022 whereby, the applicant is convicted for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (for short “NI Act”)

and sentenced to imprisonment.
