below judgment and order dated 17.12.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 193 of 2024 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Anand, confirming the judgment and order dated 30.04.2024 passed in Criminal Case No. 442 of 2022 by the learned 4^th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Anand, whereby, the applicant is convicted for the offenc
