It was submitted by learned advocate Mr. Nitish Nair that this petition is filed due to alleged contempt for willful and deliberate disobedience of the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the order dated 13.11.2024 in the Writ Petition (Civil) No.295 of 2022 and connected matters by which the directions in the matter of demolition of structure are issued.
