UPON hearing Advocate Mr. Salil M. Thakore for the Plaintiff;

AND UPON reading the Plaint, the Affidavit in support of the Order of Arrest, the Undertaking and other documents filed herein;

AND UPON the Plaintiff's submission that the Defendant Vessel "MV Elvita R - IMO: 9395264" is presently anchored at Bedi Bunder Port, Jamnagar, Gujarat, within the admiralty jurisdiction of this Court.

AND UPON the Plaintiff's submission that it has a maritime claim against the Defendant Vessel for a total sum of USD 1,07,639.87 (United States Dollars One Hundred and Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty Nine and Eighty Seven Cents Only) comprising of a principal amount of USD 98,560.00 (United States Dollars Ninety-Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Only) and int
