By way of present Revision Application, the applicant has assailed the judgment and order dated 29.01.2026 passed by the learned 6^th Additional Sessions Judge, Panchmahal at Godhra in Criminal Appeal No. 111/2024 confirming the judgment and order dated 23.07.2024 passed by the learned 2^nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godhra, in Criminal Case No. 2691/2013, whereby the applicants were handed down punishment under the provisions of Section 323 of the IPC to undergo S.I. for six months and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- and in default to further go S.I. for two months.
