1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Rahul Sharma for the petitioner. He draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 30.09.2025, whereby this Court, after passing an elaborate order, permitted the petitioner to appear in the 5th semester of the LL.B. course with respondent No. 2–college. Learned advocate Mr. Sharma further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear in the 4th semester examination of the LL.B. course in the same college and, for that purpose, he shall not claim any equity or right, and the same shall be subject to the final outcome of the present petition.
