2. This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 1193 days caused in filing the Criminal Misc. Application No.1 of 2026 for bring legal heirs of respondent No.2 on record in Criminal Revision Application

No.70 of 2026 on the ground mentioned in para 4 and 5..

3. Having heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and considering the averments made in this application,

it appears that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay and in view of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of N. Balakrishnan vs. N. Krishnamurthy, reported in AIR 1998 3222, therefore, the delay of 1193 days as explained by the learned advocate for the applicant is considered. The

application is accordingly allowed.

ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION No.1 of 2026

Heard learned advocates for the parties.

This Application for bringing legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.2 on record of Criminal Revision Application

No.70 of 2006, is allowed.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

The cause title of the Revision shall be amended forthwith.
