Headnote:(A) Procedural Law - Correction of Judgment - Inherent powers of Court - Clerical error - Where an inadvertent error in terminology exists within a court order, the court possesses the inherent power to rectify such mistakes post-delivery to ensure that the document accurately reflects the final decision and intent of the court - Replacement of words “additional interest” with “additional compensation” ordered to correct clerical inaccuracy. (Paragraph 1)
