ORAL ORDER

1. By filing the present Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Petitioner has prayed for quashing of the complaint being Criminal Case No. 1306 of 2025 lodged by the Respondent No.2 – Original Complainant before the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godhra at Panchmahals, against the Petitioner for an offence punishable under Section

138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (“the Act” for short).

2. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Sanjay S. Brahmbhatt appearing for the Petitioner and learned APP for the Respondent –
