ORAL JUDGMENT

1) By way of present revision application under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short “CrPC”), the applicant has prayed for quashing and setting aside judgment and order dated 23.06.2009 passed by learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Danta, in Criminal Case No.852/1995 as well as judgment and order dated 29.07.2011 passed by learned 7^th Ad-Hoc Additional District and Sessions Judge, Banaskantha at Palanpur in Criminal App
