4. In the interest of justice, the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to restore the main matter to its file, on a condition to remove the office objections, within a period of two weeks from the receipt of the order, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed, without further reference of the Court.

In view of aforesaid, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed, with the aforesaid condition.
