Assailing the judgment dated 06/02/2003 passed in Sessions Case No.37 of 2000 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gandhinagar whereby the accused in the said case who were charged for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code were acquitted, the instant appeal has been preferred by the State.
