ORAL ORDER

1. This revision under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Code’) challenges the legality and validity of the order dated 30.11.2015 passed by the learned 3^rd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bhuj-Kutch in RCS No.256 of 2015, whereby the application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of 'the Code' by the defendant No.1 was rejected.

2. The applicant is the original Defendant No.1 and Respondent No.1 is the original plaintiff, whereas respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are the original defendant Nos.2 to 5. For the sake of brevity,
