ORAL ORDER

1. Perused the Note for Speaking to Minutes dated 12.03.2026 filed by the learned advocate for respondent No.2. It is pointed out to this Court that an inadvertent mistake has crept into the judgment dated 10.03.2026 rendered in the captioned petition, whereby the reliefs sought in the petition were not quoted but some other reliefs were quoted in paragraph 2 of the judgment.

2. In view of the above, the following reliefs shall be substituted for the reliefs quoted in paragraph 2 of the judgment rendered in the captioned petition :

“"A. To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the Respondent authorities to release pension and other retiral benefits including the gratuity, higher pay scale, Leave encashment and benefits available to all other similarly situated employees to the petitioner at the earliest.

B. To direct the authorities to pay the arrears of pension and retiral dues with suitable interest.

C. Cost of this petition may kindly be awarded.

D. Any other relief looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted in the interest of justice.”

3. Registry is directed to do the needful and issue a fresh writ, accordingly.

4. The Note for Speaking to Minutes is allowed.

2. The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs:
