ORAL ORDER

The present Note for Speaking to Minutes has been circulated with respect to the order dated 12.03.2026 passed by this Court. Due to inadvertence, an error has crept into paragraph [16.3] of the said order, particularly in the third line thereof, wherein the date “17.11.1994” has been incorrectly recorded. The same shall stand corrected and be read as “17.11.2004”.
